Project Target
In 2023, YCARS members came together and crafted a grant proposal to submit to the
Amateur Radio Digital Communications Foundation (ARDC).
The proposal covered three functional areas of Amateur Radio:
STEM | Remote HF Station Access | Community Engagement
The ARDC approved our proposal and generously provided funding to implement all three areas.
We named the project: Project Target
ARDC Grant
