YCARS is happy to announce the establishment of a $1000.00 scholarship in memory of Dr. Marc Tarplee, N4UFP, at York Technical College in York County South Carolina.
The Dr. Marc Tarplee, N4UFP – York County Amateur Radio Club Scholarship was established by the York County Amateur Radio Club (YCARS) in memory of Dr. Marc Tarplee, N4UFP (SK).
