QRZ Jumpstart Program

QRZ and GigaParts team up for the NEW HAM JUMPSTART PROGRAM

Frank Lloyd of QRZ.com and GigaParts,com have teamed up to get newly licensed Hams on the air. They have worked with TYT on a new dual band (2M/70cm) handheld, with new firmware and a easy to understand manual. These radios will be given away free of change to newly licensed Hams through October 31, 2022 or until supplies run out. The NEW HAM JUMPSTART PROGRAM is funded by QRZ, Gigaparts and private contributions. It is the hope of Mr. Lloyd that others will see value to helping new hams get on air quickly and contribute to the program to keep it sustainable past the October 31 expiration date.
